Haven Kitchens are a first of their kind in Australia: They design and build pre-assembled, all-inclusive kitchen cabinets.
Their mantra is that it should be quick, simple, and convenient for users to get the kitchen of their dreams, and to benefit from the expertise of professional tradespeople. Haven Kitchens approached us to develop a web solution that would support this vision, and make it a piece of cake for both homeowners and tradespeople to build the perfect kitchen.
Clear user journeys were pivotal to the web solution we developed for Haven Kitchens. On the landing page, users are prompted to select whether they are a homeowner or tradesperson. Based on their response, they are served up custom content, tailored to their specific informational needs.
Using the magic of Silverstripe, we put the power in the hands of the client by making it possible for Haven Kitchens to add campaign pages from within the CMS.
We also developed a tailor-made Instagram integration for Silverstripe. This allows for custom Instagram feeds on the site; keeping things fresh, without needing to always update the website content.
We built Salesforce integration into the Haven Kitchens web solution, giving them access to the world's top CRM technology, and facilitating lead generation and campaign monitoring.
Added to this is Hotjar integration, so that Haven Kitchens can gain key insights into the behaviour and engagement of visitors to their site.
The inclusion of high quality photography and video help to engage users and give them a clear picture of the different products on offer.
On the Inspiration pages, the innovative use of gallery hotspots facilitates visualisation of the product in situ, and allows the user to easily access information about the product while still ensuring a clean, uncluttered look to the page.
